All the investing terms you wish you didn't have to know

Investing is not inherently technical, or complicated. It can be easy, interesting, fun, and certainly exciting. This is one of the great truths that I thank Jim Cramer for helping the general public realize. Heck, I think the down-to-earth analyses that he focuses on have helped industry folk remember this too.

That being said, the financial market has gotten exponentially more complicated, and there is enough jargon to fill volumes. This is a financial website, and I am sure to use terms that you may or may not be familiar with. My goal for this site is to make this information accessible to everyone who is interested enough to seek it.

However, there are now tremendous resources on the internet for this information so I will leave the responsibility to them. From now on, I will try to provide links for difficult terms that I use on the site, which will be served by investopedia.com, investorwords.com, moneychimp.com, etc. If there is anything on this site that you would like defined, or if the link is not clear, please feel free to email me.
